2/5 stars it tasted quite good but i didnt like how wet it was.
i also tried to melt it on toast and it sort of didnt which is what i thought mozzarella did well!!!! i dont understand

i was talking about cheese with my beautiful wife and she said this is what cheesecloth is for!!! so i got cheesecloth and now

4/5 stars its good actually i get it now i really like it i didnt realise you werent meant to eat it wet. still didnt melt very well but i think that's when its like SUPER dried like like industrially or in a real proper pizza oven or something (we dont have one of those. we have a wok burner for outside though i might try something with that maybe. stay tuned for mozzarella ROUND 3!!!!)

UPDATE 2/12/01: she just emailed me and said she saw the web site and is proud of me for mixing cheese :) im gonna cheat and mix cheeses a lot more next time.

2.5/5 stars? i like it but i didnt feel good after i ate some of it. and i think i should be allowed to eat a lot of cheeses. i can eat like 1.5kg of cheddar before problems happen but here i felt owie after about i think it's 100g? its about two thirds of the packet and it says 160g so maybe that or 100 and something i dont wanna calculator it right now
